To ensure that your indicators or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) hold no secrets for you, we explain below what each section of your search view represents:

Before You Begin

It’s important to understand that the figures displayed in your indicators are linked to the variables you’ve filled in or checked (event dates, statuses, etc.).

"Quotes (Excl. Tax)" Section:

→ The amount shown in orange corresponds to your untaxed revenue pending signature. Note: Be careful, if you select past dates, the amount shown in orange will correspond to your lost untaxed revenue.

→ The amount shown in green corresponds to the signed untaxed revenue.

"Invoices (Excl. Tax)" Section:

→ The amount shown in orange corresponds to the amount of invoices pending payment.

→ The amount shown in green corresponds to the amount of paid invoices.

Note: You can display these amounts, including taxes by activating the small yellow check mark as shown below:

"Payments (Incl. Tax)" Section:

→ The amount shown in orange corresponds to pending payments.

→ The amount shown in green corresponds to received payments.

Note: If you create your invoices and track payments in Booking Shake, the amounts in the "Invoices" section (including taxes) and the "Payments" section should be identical. This will indicate that your tracking is accurate.

Confirmation Rate:

The confirmation rate is the sum of your [confirmed files + closed files] divided by the [total number of files] over the selected period (dates).
