Add or Remove Documents in Booking Shake General Files

Do you want to add, replace, or remove the general documents available in your Booking Shake?

It’s very simple! Just go to your "Settings" → "Files."

  1. Add a New Document

Here, you can click "Import" to add a new file (pdf, png, jpg...):

Once the document is imported, click on the line:

  • You can rename the document.

  • You can copy a public URL link to easily share the document as if it were in a cloud.

  • The file will always be available in the list of attachments in your email templates for clients.

  • Tip: If the document is a visual (photo, plan), you can choose whether or not to display it in your client area by checking or unchecking the "Appear in client area files" section. Here’s how:

  1. Remove a Document

In your "Settings" → "Files": click on the line of the document and then the "Delete" button here:

And you’re all set!
