Do you want to add, replace, or remove the general documents available in your Booking Shake?
It’s very simple! Just go to your "Settings" → "Files."
Add a New Document
Here, you can click "Import" to add a new file (pdf, png, jpg...):
Once the document is imported, click on the line:
You can rename the document.
You can copy a public URL link to easily share the document as if it were in a cloud.
The file will always be available in the list of attachments in your email templates for clients.
Tip: If the document is a visual (photo, plan), you can choose whether or not to display it in your client area by checking or unchecking the "Appear in client area files" section. Here’s how:
Remove a Document
In your "Settings" → "Files": click on the line of the document and then the "Delete" button here:
And you’re all set!
