Do you want to take advantage of the auto-generated email messages in Booking Shake?

You're absolutely right! Just think of the time you’ll save.

Connecting your inbox is very important because:

  • It makes Booking Shake invisible to your client, who will receive messages from your address.

  • It synchronizes all emails sent from Booking Shake with your Gmail or Outlook outbox, so you keep a record of all your emails.

  • It helps prevent emails from ending up in spam.

Now, here are three important things to know when connecting your inbox in Settings → Integrations:

If you use a shared email address
For example, [email protected] or [email protected], you must connect this address under the "ESTABLISHMENT" section (1).

Click the "+" sign next to Gmail if you have a Gmail address (red) or "+" Outlook if you have an Outlook address (blue).

This address will be shared by all users. Only one establishment address is allowed.

If you use a personal email address
For example, [email protected] or [email protected], you should connect this address under the "USER" section (2) when you are logged in to your Booking Shake account.

Click the "+" sign next to Gmail if you have a Gmail address (red) or "+" Outlook if you have an Outlook address (blue).

If you use both a shared and personal email address
You can connect one email under the "ESTABLISHMENT" section (1) (shared by all users) and another email under the "USER" section (2).

When you send an email from Booking Shake, you can choose which email address to send it from.
