Do you want to export your customer database to run an email campaign or analyse your segments more closely? It's easy!
To do this, go to your search tab (1). Then click on the "Export" button at the top right. A list of export options will appear.
Choose "Export Customer Database." (2)
You will then receive a ".csv" file in your email, containing the following information:
Account name
Account ID
Account VAT number
Account segment
Company name
Account address
Account creation date
Number of account events
Account revenue (excluding tax)
Customer first name
Customer last name
Customer email
Customer mobile phone
Customer landline phone
Customer job title
Customer salutation
Customer address
Customer comments
Customer creation date
General customer opt-in
Marketing customer opt-in
Number of customer events
