Once your Booking Shake account is synchronized with your Zenchef account, you will have the ability to export your events to Zenchef at any time.
It’s important to note that your Booking Shake account sends information to Zenchef but not the other way around: all updates made in Booking Shake will also be automatically reflected in Zenchef.
Exporting an Event to Zenchef:
Open the "Event Sheet" in your Booking Shake account for the event you want to export.
Click on the "Zenchef" button (displayed in gray) (1).
Select the status of your event before exporting to Zenchef. (2) (The list of statuses corresponds to the ones available in Zenchef.)
Note: Ensure the following details are filled out in your Booking Shake event sheet before exporting the event to Zenchef: client’s first name, last name, event date, and start time.
4. Click on "Export."
The Zenchef button will turn green to confirm that the export was successful. (3)
Automatic Updates in Zenchef:
From this point on, if you update the following in Booking Shake:
The client’s first name, last name, phone number, email, or comments,
The company name,
The date, time, or number of guests,
General reservation comments,
All these changes will automatically update in the corresponding reservation in Zenchef.
Your reservations are now synchronized!
