How to Track Your Emails?

If you are reading this article, you are likely to send your emails directly through Booking Shake. But what if we take it a step further?

No response from the client... and questions start to arise: "Did they receive my email?", "Maybe they received it, but did they read it?" ....

You can get answers to all these questions thanks to the email tracking feature.

The first thing to do is to make sure this feature is activated on your account:

  1. Go to your "Settings" and then to the "General" tab.

  2. Check if the "Email Open Tracking" feature is active. If it's not, Customer Service is here to help! Go to the chat on your Booking Shake account or send a message to [email protected]

Once the feature is active, the magic happens on your Dashboard.

In the "Email" section, you can view the following:

  • The email template that was sent

  • The date the email was sent

  • If the client has opened and viewed the email, a third line with the "👁️" icon will show you the date and time the email was opened.
